Sustanon 300trifosfat (RTF) is a powerful inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMP dehydrogenase), viral RNA polymerase and viral mRNA guanylyltransferase. Inhibition of mRNA capping latter ceases, which leads to a significant depletion of intracellular stores guanosine synthesis and inhibition of viral RNA and protein. Sustanon 300 is also incorporated into the viral genome, causing lethal mutations, followed by reduction of pathogenicity of the virus. Sustanon 300 inhibits the replication of new virions that reduces viral load, selectively inhibits the synthesis of viral RNA without inhibiting RNA synthesis in the normally functioning cells. The most sensitive to Sustanon 300 DNA viruses – herpes simplex virus, adenovirus, CMV, viruses group pox, Marek’s disease; RNA viruses – influenza viruses A, B, paramyxoviruses (parainfluenza, mumps, Newcastle disease), reoviruses, arenaviruses (Lassa virus, Bolivian hemorrhagic fever), bunyaviruses (virus Rift Valley fever virus Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever), hantaviruses (hemorrhagic fever virus with renal or pulmonary syndrome), oncogenic RNA viruses.
Insensitive to Sustanon 300 DNA viruses: Varicella zoster, pseudorabies virus, vaccinia natural; RNA viruses: enteroviruses, rhinoviruses, encephalitis virus Semliki Forest.
When applied topically to the skin, and systemic absorption is minimal and practically insignificant.
The cream can be applied as a monotherapy, or in combination with other dosage forms of Sustanon 300 intended for parenteral and oral use of the following diseases:
1. Infections of the skin and mucous membranes, caused by Herpes simplex viruses types 1 and 2, various sites, including the genital area.
2. Herpes zoster (in the complex therapy).
Hypersensitivity to Sustanon 300 or other components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation, childhood and adolescence (18 years).
Renal insufficiency. Be wary of the women and men of reproductive age.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Applying the cream during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated.
Dosing and Administration
Externally, applied to the affected areas of the skin and mucous membrane (pre-washed and dried) a uniform thin layer, gently rubbing.
Use 5 times a day until complete disappearance of symptoms.
If there is no improvement within 8 days of the drug stop taking and consult a doctor.
For the best possible treatment should be started as early as possible at the first appearance of symptoms.
In case Devirsa cream administered in combination with one of the Sustanon 300 dosage forms for oral or intravenous administration, the dose should be reduced cream.
Allergic reactions (skin rash, hives, rash).
Other: hair loss, changes in the content of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), the symptoms of autoimmune diseases (rarely).
The observed effects are generally reversible, do not affect the effectiveness of treatment and stop after the end of treatment.
Vzaimodestvie with other drugs:
Do not use for the treatment of ophthalmic do not apply to the eye area.
The drug should be used with extreme caution in patients with renal insufficiency.
Men and women of childbearing age during treatment and for 7 months after the end of treatment should use effective contraception.
